Delivery

6.1 The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the wholesale products to the Buyer within the agreed timeframe. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays beyond its control.

6.2 The risk of loss or damage to the wholesale products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

7.1 The Seller acknowledges that returns and refunds may be necessary in certain cases. Such returns and refunds shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7.2 In the event that a return or refund is requested, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days of receiving the wholesale products. The Seller reserves the right to assess the request and determine the appropriate course of action.

7.3 The Buyer shall be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to the Seller’s error.

Excise Duty

8.1 The Buyer acknowledges that excise duty may be payable on certain wholesale products, as required by the relevant authorities.

8.2 Unless the Buyer provides an ATO (Australian Taxation Office) movement permission, the Buyer shall be responsible for paying the applicable excise duty on the products.

9.1 The Seller shall not sell or release any personal data or information collected through the wholesale website to third parties unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the user.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Severability
